LTE Optimization Consultant

We currently are recruiting LTE Optimization Engineers to work on one of the largest LTE Projects in the Kingdom for a global telecom vendor. The applicant must have specialist level of hands on experience at Ericsson equipment and be able to perform following tasks: Perform post process, analysis, define optimization actions, trigger the action implementation. Validate the action implementation and generate report after testing. Perform overall Site/Cluster optimization for commercial 3G/LTE networks. Making the test plan, review the test data and monitor PM data. Improve the radio network performance and get customers/' acceptance for every site. Handover optimization Drop call rate optimization PS attach and context activation optimization Throughput optimization RTT/PING/Packet Loss Rate optimization Parameter Fine-tuning for 3G/LTE PS Traffic Monitoring and Optimization Hands on experience at HSPA Optimization (parameter fine tuning, QoS improvement.
