Outsourcing / Contracting
SNS to outsource contractors / expertise for a short and/or long term contracts.
Out-sourcing is of 3 Types:
- Direct: This is applied when SNS receives a requirement from the client with identified position, budget, job description and contract duration. SNS will respond to the requirements with qualified candidates matching the requirements and on acceptance SNS will invoice the client on monthly basis (negotiable condition), based on a time-sheet signed and sealed by the client.
- Managed: this is applied when the client requests a position to be filled by a candidate already identified and accepted by the client. SNS will do the needful to complete the hiring process.
- Payroll: this is applied when the client decides to move some candidates from its HR records to be under SNS sponsorship and payroll.
Permanent Recruitment
This is applied when the client requests a position to be filled for a permanent contract with the client. SNS will provide candidate(s) and charge the client for one-off-fee (finder's fee) on the selected candidate.
Headhunting
Websites are generally can be a good choice for filling entry-level, junior and even some intermediate level positions. However, when a position is senior in nature and critical to the success of an organization like C-level, MDs, and senior directors, such websites are clearly not adequate. Top candidates may never send their resumes to a job posting.
So the headhunting is a selective recruiting method that sources candidates through direct means within a pre-specified industry and position. SNS has the techniques to reach those senior candidates and attract them to change their careers.
